Accounting:
Processing payroll within prescribed timelines and with accuracy, quality, and efficiency.  

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience.  
• Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in various computer applications (flexible and sophisticated enough to work with any accounting system).
• Experience producing payroll using ADP.

  Additional Qualifications -

• Strong accounting and math skills.
• Strong experience using Excel.
• Be a strong team player.
• Have the ability to work with minimal direction.
• Understanding of Accounting Principles.

Purchasing Agent:

The preferred candidate would have successful experience working within the multi-family and commercial property management industries and have strong relationships within state apartment associations. The candidate must be able to define the decision maker within prospective management groups and make professional service presentations.
